Terms & Conditions ubet – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ubet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. To be eligible to register for and use the ubet platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. ubet strictly enforces this age requirement through an identity verification process. Any attempt to register using false information to circumvent the age limit will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Not be on any active self-exclusion programme — whether through ubet itself or any relevant external body.
• Providing truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and keeping it up to date whenever any changes occur.
• Not registering as a representative, agent, or trustee on behalf of another person.

Ubet reserves the right at any time to request identity verification documents (a copy of your identification card, passport, or other supporting documents) to confirm member eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to register and hold only one active account at ubet. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name, another person's name, or using false information — is strictly prohibited. ubet employs an automated detection system to identify duplicate accounts based on IP address, device information, payment details, and other relevant data.

If duplicate accounts are detected, ubet reserves the right to:

• Closing all associated accounts without prior notice;
• Forfeiting all bonuses, free credits, and winnings obtained through duplicate accounts;
• Withholding or cancelling any unprocessed withdrawal requests until the investigation is complete;
• Reporting the activity to the relevant authorities if fraud is suspected.

You are solely responsible for keeping your ubet account login credentials (username and password) secure. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends. ubet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

All deposits and withdrawals on ubet are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) using supported local payment methods. Available deposit methods include:

The minimum deposit at ubet is RM 30. Deposited funds are typically credited to your ubet account instantly or within no more than 5 minutes, depending on your chosen payment method. For withdrawals, the following conditions must be met:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time procedure.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to ubet's anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
• Withdrawal processing time to an e-wallet or DuitNow is under 15 minutes upon approval. Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX may take up to 1 working day.

Ubet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, enhanced odds, and a VIP loyalty programme. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity on ubet:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are considered official and binding once confirmed by the ubet system. Confirmed bet slips cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances outlined in the cancellation policy.
• In-Play Betting: For In-Play betting, ubet reserves the right to suspend or void bets in the event of technical issues, sharp odds movements resulting from on-field incidents, or where bet terms cannot be accurately verified in real time.
• Postponed or Abandoned Matches: If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the timeframe specified by ubet after the original schedule, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• Odds: Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. ubet uses internationally recognised odds provider services to ensure fairness and accuracy.
• Win Limit: ubet reserves the right to set maximum winnings limits for any market or tournament. These limits are displayed within the platform and may vary depending on the type of bet.

The ubet Live Casino section offers games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and a variety of Game Shows with real dealers streamed via live video. The Slots section features hundreds of titles from leading international providers. All casino and slots games on ubet use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness.

The following rules apply to all casino activities at ubet:

• All casino game results are final. Any dispute must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game date.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live casino game session, ubet will settle bets based on available system records. If records are incomplete, the relevant bets may be voided and funds returned.

Ubet reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, or at the member's own request.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so via the account settings section or by contacting the ubet support team. Prior to closure, all bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any remaining real cash balance after bonus deductions will be refunded to the member via their original payment method.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ubet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, even if ubet has been informed of the possibility of such losses. This includes but is not limited to:

• Losses resulting from internet service disruptions or device issues on the member's end;
• Betting or game outcomes that do not go in the member's favour;
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of an account due to the member's own negligence;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided within the ubet platform.

Ubet strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption, but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance wherever possible.

Ubet respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. By registering a ubet account, you agree that ubet may:

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the ubet platform, shall first be resolved through negotiation between the member and ubet's management team.
